Everyone congratulate me on "delivering" a 6 lbs, 35 cm (don't ask me why it's in centimeters, it just is) cyst on Monday, January 8, 2007.

Seriously.
Can you imagine?
In 2 hours I lost 8 lbs. Beat that!
So I'm back at work. THANK GOD!!!
Who thought I'd ever be saying that?!?!
Not that I don't enjoy my job (I do), but it has been completely sucky the last few weeks. Fortunately, my friends came through and provided many nights where I felt more like a human being capable of activity and purpose than not. So to them, I say "Muchas Grassy Ass".
So, yeah. Now I have to think of a really cool ass story to go w/the 8 inch scar I have down my stomach/abdomen. I'm thinking, some sort of take on the urban legend about waking up in a tub of ice with a note that says "thanks for the kidneys"... Only my scar is in the front. So maybe the note will say "thanks for the stomach".
I. Don't. Know.
I'll figure out something tho.

I slept.
Yeah. Exactly. Don't you wish your life was as thrilling as mine?
Actually, I guess some stuff DID happen and as I try and catch up on my blogs you will all find out what I'm referring to. In the meantime, thanks to everyone for their well wishes and prayers. I guess they worked. I'm still here. That WAS what you wished for, right??

Perhaps your doctor was Canadian...and that's why its in cm?
You could always say you were a drug mule and you got busted and they had to remove 10 pounds of crack from your stomach.
OMG, I had the exact same thing! And it was 8 lbs, too! I don't recall the measurement, but the nurse told me it was like a nerf football. My brother still asks to see the photos. He called it my pink pig. Ewwwwww. Can you say freak?
Glad you're feeling better. Isn't it nice to lose 10 lbs for all your pain?
Now we can say "at least you got your health" again!

Hmmm - the crack stash. It has a nice ring to it. Perhaps.
Yeah - my cyst was friggin' huge. I believe it was compared to a cantaloupe at one point but it WAS oblong, so I like football better.
Who cares!! It's gone. Ha! Take that, cyst! Who's your daddy!
