Survey says

I just finished a survey earlier this morning that asked me one of THE strangest survey questions I have ever completed... and I have filled out a BUTTLOAD of surveys (And when I say a buttload, let me say that I am a member of 2 different survey sites that pay me in either $ or other goods, so I do mean a lot!) in my day so this is definitely a first.

The question was:
If you were left on a deserted island, who would you MOST want to be stranded with. 

My options (just to name a few):
Punisher
Superman
Wonder Woman
Aquaman (in hindsight, I probably should have picked him)
Charlie Brown
Bugs Bunny
Betty (sp?) Boop
Stewie (from The Family Guy)
Eric Cartman (Southpark)
Pikachu
Sponge Bob Squarepants
Wolverine (had they been referring to the Hugh Jackman version... then, uhm, yes!)
Spiderman

And about 15 others. 

Yeah, so of course, by now you have probably guessed my answer. 

Sponge Bob.

Yep.  I chose Sponge Bob.  I picked him because I thought it was funny and unique.  But then the next question was...

Why did you choose your selection?

Crap.  Uhm.  I did not think answering "well, because I thought it would be funny and might throw someone off as it is not the typical superhero answer" would be best.  So I went with... "He is funny and if you have to be stuck on a deserted island, you would probably want someone to laugh with."

That sounded much more logical and appropriate.

Then I got hit with my next question:
If you were left on a deserted island, who would you LEAST want to be stranded with.

Same options.

I chose ... Pikachu.  Punisher may have been a good choice as well (he is all broody and emotional, ugh.. no THANKS!), but I went with Pikachu.  This time however I was expecting to be asked why... and I was not disappointed.

My reason, well, if I were to be stuck on a deserted island I would want it to be with someone I could speak with and although I am not very familiar w/Pikachu or Pokeman, I do believe Pikachu does not talk.  Hence why he/she(?) was my choice. 

And there you have it folks, the most randomest of survey questions I have ever completed - at least when considering my responses.  Keep in mind all of my options were fictional characters - I did not have the option to choose my husband or any family or friends.  Because of course, if I had that option I would have picked the Hugh Jackman version of Wolverine.  duh.
