Things are escalating with my "new friend".
First off, he is amazing!!!!!!
But there's a catch.
Isn't there always??
Y'all know when we met and y'all know when we connected. Well, we've gone forward from there. We've spent 3 out of the last 4 weekends together - and that doesn't include this weekend, because that it will make it 4 of 5.
So, what's the catch?
He's married.
Kidding.
Not even close.
And probably not even funny. Sorry.
No, the catch is that he is moving. Fact is, right now, he already lives far enough. He's in Dallas, I'm in San Antonio. Suck. But thanks to emails, texting, and phone calls we've stayed pretty well communicative.
Where's he moving?
Hawaii.

Then you think about it - Hawaii!! Woah! That's pretty effin' far.

Exactly.
Now the old me would have either said - "It's cool. Have fun, then move on." But apparently the current me didn't know what she was getting herself involved with - because there is definitely not a "move on" mentality going on here. For either of us. Question is - are we just setting ourselves up for a lot of heartache? Is it worth it?
He is tho.
And better yet - "we" are.
Hmmm - I dunno folks. Maybe in a year from now I'll be posting from a different time zone. I need to get that ab roller back out tho if that's the case. Yikes!

I am a firm believer that you know what's right and who is right when it happens. If you truly feel like there could be something here, then you are only young once....go for it.

I forgot to tell you about Ikea. It wasn't too bad, in fact it was fine. They had cops directing traffic. I was with Crush so everything else was kind of a blurr of how cute and funny he is. It's a cool store and fun to play house in. . .
