Whachamuhcallit

When I'm sick, I tend to have a very low tolerance level for bullshit. And so as I am currently under the weather, this is the case. I also don't like to be bothered. There are times, esp. early in on the sickness where I'll act downright bitchy. Hey, to know me is to love me. What can I say?

Anyway, the point. I'm not sure how "new" this is - but apparently - there is supposed to be a correct way to sneeze/cough when sick. We're no longer supposed to cover our mouths when we sneeze and/or cough - we're supposed to stick our faces into the area where our arms bend. My question is - what is this part of the body called? I mean, there's the wrist... and there's the armpit. Turn your arm around and you have the elbow... but what do we call that very special (and apparently "safe") area where our forearm is connected to our upper arm. Sure I could google it - but that would be work. And I'm sick - and work is the last thing I want to do. So if someone could kindly indulge me and let me know, I'd be forever grateful.

Now get the hell out of my face! I'm sick.
