My first Valentine's

Surely there is a Charlie Brown special out there for this...

Anyways, yeah. It's my first Valentine's Day coming up. At least for real. Technically I have celebrated it before. You know, done the whole card and candy giving, etc, but I have never really celebrated it for its actual purpose. Speaking of its actual purpose, let's go ahead and define that. First there's the whole gimmicky, buying heart-shaped shit for your significant other part. Check, btw! But really, I'm looking at this as another opportunity to show Friday just how much he means to me. Just how special our relationship is and how important it and he is in my life.

I have to admit tho; I was seriously at a loss for what to do. I'm not really the lingerie buying sort, so that didn't really occur to me to go that route. Much to his dismay, I'm sure. And we don't live together so I couldn't surprise him with candles and flowers petals strewn across the floor. I don't have a dining room table, so making him dinner and inviting him over to .... uhm, eat off the floor didn't sound too romantic.

So I went another route.

It's much simpler, much more "from the heart". Basically, it's much more "Arianna" and I hope he likes it.
