So I am in a work group with this other woman (technically there are 3 other women in the group, but how else do I say it?)... and she looks relatively young. Today I found out she has an eight year old daughter. I was pretty shocked because she seemed too young to have an eight year old. I truly had to catch myself from saying "You have an eight year old??!? When did you have her... when you were 14?" (She does not look 22....But still.) Maybe she didn't have her at 14, maybe it was 15 (prolly not) and I could have just potentially called her a teen mom and made it sound bad. I have to continue to be in a work group with her for the next 5 months and she seems pretty cool. I probably shouldn't go and offend her with my stupid thought process and uber personal questions. In hindsight, at best she had her at 20. She looks young, but not THAT young looking. Still I was surprised to hear about the 8 year old daughter.
Technically, having an eight year old when you're in your late 20s is not exactly THAT risqué. Like I said, I'm being stupid.
Thankfully I have you Oscar to share my silly thoughts on, might get me out of some potential trouble. Then again, might not.
