while 24 hrs/day of nothing but the Simpsons seems a bit excessive, this could probably work with other animated shows that are funny as hell. Comedy Central 2? Cartoon network 2? Cartoon Comedy Network! GOLD! Lineup would include the Simpsons, Family Guy, South Park, etc. I'm sure it would be possible to fill up a network with these types of shows, and while I can't imagine watching it all the time, it'd be comforting to know that anytime you want that brand of cartoon comedy, it's always there for ya. I'll have to think of other potential TV networks, cause this could be fun.
