Actually, I am an American Idol fan and if you've been reading my blog for awhile, you'd already know this. So I bet you're wondering why the hell I'm mentioning it again...
Well! Personally, I thought it might go over better than titling my post "Getting my rebound on!"
Okay and now you're thinking "But Thatgirl(7278), I thought you said you weren't interested in settling/"just having fun"." Yeah. Well. Apparently, I was full of shit.
Oh, no worries folks, it's not love. It's not even necessarily "lust"... it's just "fun". And I guess a part of me didn't realize it was what I needed. Actually, I'm more proud of the fact that it's not an ex (some habits are hard to break afterall) I've rebounded with. He's completely new. It's the quintessential rebound situation. He's younger, adoring and it's all very fleeting. A distraction almost. Now you're thinking "does he know this?" Of course! I don't roll that way (game playing and all). Besides, he's a younger guy. This is heaven for him. I'm calling it in 5, maybe 6 weeks. So, offer me your congratulations, pat me on the back and wish me "all the fun in the world". Cause that's exactly what it will be.
