I forgot to post about my new friend!!! How could y'all lemme forget to post this?
School has started and life is a bit hectic these days, but that does not mean I don't have time to make new friends. One in particular has recently become very near and dear to my heart. I am not sure how I have survived without them...
Who is it?
Why my very special friend... the red pen! Holy crap! Where have you been all my life red pen?!?!? Seriously. The red pen has got some special powers y'all. Every time I pick it up I feel a surge of teacher/instructor energy just flow through me. It's at that time that I swell (ok, this was not meant to be a dirty post) with the power of BULLSHIT. Oh sure, I have to know what I'm talking about... but deep down when it comes really to it, I just gotta know how to BS. And I can DEFINITELY bullshit. With the best of 'em, in fact. Anyways - my new friend, Red Pen, has really been instrumental in my new found power. I am so grateful to it. Y'all might want to go out and get a red pen for yourselves. Then you'll KNOW what I'm talking about.

I've got a purple pen that doesn't exactly make me feel powerful - but it does make me sing Prince songs. Does that count?
