I suspect hardcore self medicating. Incoherent, dulsonial, bouts of granduer and heavy conspirital inspiration point to a biochemical imbalance, for sure. On the other side it f*&^%ins hilarious. Who would have thought that the Amish have all the answers?
Maybe it's like the unibomer manifesto in code, you should send it to the FBI or is the CIA? I'm sure if this person is wanted by the gov. you could cash out whats the going rate for turning in a terroist these days?
