Remember me?

Oooops. Seems I forgot I had a blog there for a few days. Okay - several days. Lo siento my peeps. Life has been hectic.

Let's go ahead and give you the scoop.

First off - my boyfriend and I bought curtains the other day. Why? Because he is moving in! In fact he is moving into my apartment in about 2 weeks! Why? Because we love each other. Duh! ;) Actually, this is step 1 in the whole "Process". Let's discuss.

The "Process" is simply this:
1. Move in together (in order to save money for Steps 2-5).
2. Get engaged.
3. Get married.
4. Buy a house.
5. Live happily ever after.

Nothing beyond Step 1. is set at this point. So don't go telling all your friends, but it is on the horizon. Speaking of horizons, Friday and I are planning a mini-vacation for the Fourth of July weekend. We are going to venture out West. West Texas that is. I'll be sure to have pictures when we get back.

This week I have to turn in two take-home finals. I am finishing my two Spring term classes with a 4.0 (thank you very much!). It has gone really well and I learned a lot. Tennis is about over too. I am pretty bummed about that. I really need to get out there and meet some folks who know how to play and who don't mind playing with a medium level beginner. I hate to think I just spent a year learning how to play only to never play.

And finally, I took a practice GRE this weekend (still trying to get into graduate school) and I did pretty well. I was uber nervous but everyone was pretty supportive and lots of prayers and candles were lit. I think it paid off tho. So now I am going to plan for the real thing - on May 31st. Wish me luck!
