Just one of them days

Lots going on folks. Lots.

First off - a moral (or rather IMmoral) dilemma.

It is okay to covet thy best friend's ex? What about thy best friend's crush?

I am new to this scenario. I usually only tolerate the guys my best friends go out with. Tolerate is such a rude word. I mean, I usually only manage to stop myself from screaming at them and calling them losers to their faces with regards to the guys my best friends go out with. Oh surely, the same can (and HAS) been said of the guys I have gone out with - but we're not talking about my old losers right now; we're talking about THEIR losers.

Or rather - the first ones to NOT be losers. Altho, even THAT is debatable.

Of course, having been burned (another story to be shared soon), I will not be taking ANY action on said feelings. I am completely content right now with my long distance fantasy (Matthew McConaughey) and not looking for anything else at this time.

Besides my stupid ex-whatever keeps popping back in and out of the picture. Loser! (Not me, him.)

Other news:
My friend Frankenstein is going to see a preview of the movie Clerks 2 hosted by Kevin Smith. That lucky son-of-a-bitch!

I told him to take me with him. Hide me in his pants - but he's really skinny and it probably would piss of his gf. So that's a "no go" on that one. Psh... whatever.

I recently got an email from my credit card company (I won't tell you which one it is tho, so don't even try - take THAT identity thieves!) that says for a limited time I can get a new card with ANY image I want on it for free! Now I'm sure by "any image" that excludes things like nudity or gory images; but still, the potential of coolness in this is very high.

The only thing is WHAT do I want on my new card. Some things immediately came to mind... Superman, SA Spurs, Southwestern, a picture of Mom and Dad, a picture of my cat, etc. But I didn't want to be thatgirl. You know which girl, the one who has some corny ass picture on her credit card. That being the case, I'm asking you, dear readers, for any and all suggestions. I have a couple of weeks to make up my mind.

So far I have a picture of the SU seal and the SA skyline (in all its majesty - cue sarcasm). As you can see, I clearly need help... on the card thing. Not. You know. Other kinds of help.

Moving on.

Next week I am going to be in the office all alone while my co-workers are on a field trip to Boston. And if you're wondering who the hell takes field trips to Boston, that would be everyone but me! But I'm not bitter (again with the sarcasm?!).

ANYWAY, I have decided to designate each day a particular "Day" in order to break up the monotony of being here all by myself.

First, Monday will be Pajama Day. I will come to work in work clothes and then immediately change into pajamas. I figure if I have to be here alone, I may as well be comfortable.

Tuesday will be Dress Up Day. I'm thinking a semi-formal dress with heels (but NO pantyhose).

Wednesday will probably be 80s Day. Again, I'll come into work with work clothes on and then change into some leg warmers, different colored/layered socks, a cut off shirt, and be sure to roll up my jeans. Is the "rolling" of jeans 80s or early 90s, I can never remember?

And finally on Thursday (4 day work weeks RULE!), it will be Opposite Day. Where I will wear my clothes inside out or something like that.

I am also considering bringing to work my new Pilates ball. I can always do some toning while I work. HA! Work. Like I'll really get much work done sitting here all alone all day long. I may bring a season of Dawson's Creek one day or even the LOTR trilogy. I haven't seen it in awhile.
