No excuses

I've been neglectful... I know.

So how about 2 posts today!!

Why is it whenever I play Spider Solitaire - the next thing I know 2 hours have passed and I've been playing an online card game for two fucking hours?

Not that this just happened... right now... during work hours. No! Not at all. I'm just sayin'. In general.

Also, how about whenever I WIN a game of Spider Solitaire, why is it I feel like I can conquer the world? Hmmm. Weird.

I'm going to be out of town again this Friday-Saturday. This time though it'll be for a field trip w/the monsters.

21 high school kids, 2 chaperones, an overnight in a hotel... this is not going to be pretty.

I've already picked the movies we'll be watching for the bus ride. I'm thinking Bambi 2 and Dumbo... maybe even my cousin's copy of "The Wiggles go to Washington". What do you think?
The best part is when I show them the DVD case of Bambi 2 and then pop in something completely different. I'm looking forward to that.

I've also already decided that if they try and get me to play cards that I will have to politely decline. It's a well-known fact that only dorks play cards in high school. How would I know this? Because I used to play cards in high school. In the band hall, no less. Yeah. I'm done with that.

Well, unless someone asks me to play Uno or Crazy 8s... then I may break. We'll see.

I got the new Evanescence CD. So far, so good. It's very angsty too. Well, angsty is not the right word - makes it sound like an Avril Lavigne CD and it is NOT an Avril Lavigne CD. But I can't think of a better word. So just figure it out. Also makes me wish that American Idol would have a female rocker for once. We've had 2 seasons of male rockers. I want to see a chick get up there and rock. Like for reals. Get it ladies!
