I think I saw one of the BEST Spurs games I've ever seen in my entire life last night. It was up there w/the Memorial Day Miracle in just pure unadulterated JOY! Manu had 48 points... and for someone who isn't Allen Iverson, Kobe Bryant (thank god), or Dirk Nowitzski... he ROCKED. I mean, we scored 40 points in the 4th quarter to come back from a 17 point deficit against one of the other BEST teams in the league. The refs finally started calling the game fairly and we just tore them a new one... it led to overtime which led to a victory. I'm not talking about a "w" - I mean, a victory. We deserved it, and we got it. And to be honest, I couldn't be happier.
This is it - I mean, we just solidified ourselves as the best. NBA Champions here we come! It's our year again!
But.. then again, there's a lot of season left. Please let us stay healthy (and leave Karl Malone OUT of this!).
