I have to admit, I haven't actually WATCHED the show.
I mean, is it a card game?
But what I DO know is that Howie Mandel is somehow involved. And that is really the reason I am staying away.
That man is on my top 10 list of most annoying tv/famous personalities. I can't help it. He bugs me so much I just wish I could go up to him and say "Stop it fucker".
Here is the "nice" version of our eventual meeting:
Me: Stop being such an obnoxious prick Howie. No one likes that.
Howie: What?! Huh? Oh, you must be talking about someone else. Because I am just awesome. And funny. Look I can change my voice to sound like a little kid. And I can sing too. Want to hear me sing?
Me: (while pulling out some sort of weapon) No. I don't want to hear you sing... or even speak. Now shut the hell up!
Man! He just makes me want to shank him prison-style!
Anyway, let's just say it's gonna take a lot for me to get passed his extremely annoying personality quirks to actually WATCH this show. Maybe alcohol will need to be involved? I don't know. But I'll let you know if it ever happens.
On a sweeter note, that no-talent-makes-me-want-to-gag Kelly Pickler was voted off American Idol last night. I haven't seen it yet (DVR, you're the best!), but thanks to local on-air radio personalities, I now know exactly what happened. But because this was great news, I really didn't mind so much. In any case, I look forward to the top 5. It's gonna be tough!
