And no that is NOT the beginning of a really hot blog... Those are actually the words my inner monologue are screaming as I was just ASSAULTED by a large cockroach at lunch.
I feel completely disgusted and if I lived any closer than a 15 (20 on a bad day) minute drive, I would drive home right now and take a scalding hot shower. So instead I will excuse myself to go vomit in the ladies room.

Unfortunately, I cannot vomit on cue, because if I could I would probably be skinny. But that's not just not gonna happen.
So instead I must remain chubby. Oh well, such is life.
What else was I going to say today? Oh yeah.
Did I mention what movie I went and saw on Monday?
I didn't think so.
It was "Miss Congeniality 2" . The one w/Sandra Bullock and Regina King. It was pretty cute. Nothing terribly spectacular, but a fun chic flic, better yet, more specifically, a fun Mother/Daughter flic, which is who I saw it with... good ol' Maria.
Ah, my mother. One day I will dedicate a blog to her but in the meantime here is a bit of a future glance.
I once made the mistake of telling her I was going to need therapy because of her. I believe that was about 7 years ago... Anyway, to this day my mom loves to say "oh, just send me your therapy bills!" But usually only in mixed company. Mom HAS to look like the martyr. And of course, as the dutiful only child, I comply w/that wish as often as possible.
It really is the gift that keeps on giving, you see.
But I digress.
After seeing "Miss Congeniality 2" I have officially decided that if I were to ever meet Ms. Sandra Bullock, we would totally hit it off and be BFF's. Now I don't say this very often, but I think it is completely true. She seems completely down to earth... I mean, the woman lives in Austin for crying out loud. She can't be too "Hollywood" there.
Nevertheless, Sandy (her friends call her Sandy, ya know), if you read this... send me a "shout out". We can go get a beer at the pub on 5th street.

Course, she's dating "wild child" Jessie James from American Chopper (I believe), so she's still not exactly, a "regular girl."
