Okay y'all, I need a cure all. Any and all suggestions welcome. Not that it is becoming habitual or anything but it is just obnoxious enough to make me seek help from you, my lovely readers. Experts, no doubt.
And before someone mentions masturbation, you can stop right there. I'm not a machine! I can't just turn it on or off. Well, okay, yes, technically, I could. But it's not as fulfilling if I'm just going through the motions (so to speak).
Also, apparently sitting in bed, watching tv, reading and doing puzzle books doesn't do it either.
Anyone have anything else?

Okay. Melatonin. I have tried all the usual (benedryl, otc sleep aids, drinking, etc.) and all they ever did was give me a hangover the next morning. But not melatonin. Awesome stuff. Ask the pharmacist about it. It comes in various mg's. I take 3 mgs most of the time, six if I'm extra stressed and never was groggy the next morning.
HOT TODDY!!!
Ingredients: Hot Water (1/2 mug); 2 tsp sugar; Measure of Whiskey; Wedge of lemon squeezed; 4-5 cloves stuck into lemon wedge (post squeeze)
It's best hot and fast! (a quickie without the morning-after awkwardness)
OR: Try some Harvey's Sherry with a wedge of orange.
Thos Irish - how do they come up with these things?! I think it's a clumsy thing...someone tripped in the kitchen and accidentally knocked some stuff from the counter into their tea?
