I won't go into too much detail because it's not really very exciting, but this week was QUITE drama-filled at work. Culminating w/me running into the "boss's" office and telling her that under no circumstances were we going to cancel our project scheduled for next week. Going on and on about how this has been in place for months and that my team should not be punished for someone else's mistake.
Ahem... meaning, get off, lady, and let us do our thang!
And I found out yesterday that I was successful in my little confrontation. In fact, she went out of her way that same night to be sure the project WILL happen.
I am such a bad-ass.

BTW - I realized today that my last post may have come across as rude or inconsiderate of others opinions. By all means, express your opinions through comments on my blog. I basically posted about "playing devil's advocate" because I didn't have anything better to discuss. (The truth comes out....)
