I am kinda glad I made this wedding out to be the worst thing ever since Ashlee Simpson's voice, because in all actuality it wasn't so bad. I think I literally felt as though I was going to puke during the entire ceremony, but by the time the reception came around I was fine. In fact, I think I even bordered on having "a good time".
It gave me an opportunity to reconnect with old friends and to see some very close friends I usually only get to see during weddings and other major events. So check me out - I'm growing up! Finally. As the cliche goes... when life hands you a lemon, make some lemonade!
